Core competencies

Why your parts are in good hands with us

State-of-the-art machines, deep process expertise and maximum flexibility – all from a single source.

5-axis simultaneous machining at the highest level

With the DMG-MORI DMU 50 and the MAZAK INTEGREX, we machine highly complex geometries in a single set-up – no re-clamping error, maximum dimensional accuracy, even at the tightest tolerances.

Shorter lead times through complete machining

The INTEGREX combines turning, milling and drilling in one cycle. Less transport, less waiting time – your parts reach you faster and with greater accuracy.

Modular clamping technology for maximum flexibility

Our Zero Clamp system enables set-up changes in minutes. With 111 customer-specific fixtures, we are prepared for almost any component geometry – without any special investment on your part.

Broad materials expertise – from aluminium to non-ferrous metals

From high-strength AW-7075 through stainless steel to brass and bronze – we have the expertise and the optimum cutting parameters for your material, even for difficult-to-machine alloys.

FAQ's

Frequently Asked Questions

Which CAD files are accepted?

We can accept neutral formats such as STEP and IGES, as well as CAD formats from SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA and Creo.

Which materials can be machined?

We process a broad range of materials, with particular focus on:
Aluminium alloys: AW-7075 (high-strength), AW-5083, AW-6026.
Steel & stainless steel: various grades for machine and tool construction.
Non-ferrous metals: brass, copper and bronze.

Do you also manufacture individual parts?

Yes, we are also happy to produce individual pieces.

Which workpiece sizes can be processed?

In milling, we work up to a maximum of 450x300x310mm, and in turning up to DM300x350mm.

What lead times can be expected?

Lead time naturally depends heavily on current capacity utilisation. On average, please allow 4 - 6 weeks.

Which machines are available?

CNC milling: DMG-MORI DMU 50 (3rd Generation)
CNC turn-mill centre: MAZAK INTEGREX i-450H ST
CNC turning technology: DMG-MORI NLX 2500SY

Which surface treatments are possible?

We primarily offer anodising and plasma coating through external partners.

Ready for your next project?

Send us your drawing or describe your component – we will provide you with a non-binding quotation within 24 hours.
